The organization was set up in December 1989 by a group of leading artists of Vladimir. It incorporates more than 200 artists of the Vladimir Region. They are painters, graphic artists, ceramists, jewelers, miniaturists, carvers and other masters. The organization has an art salon, a gallery, and studios. A marketing exhibition is available there.
